Information entered by users for seminar participation, etc., is transferred to a separate database (or physical storage for paper documents) and retained for a certain period according to internal policies and applicable laws before being deleted. Personal data stored in this separate database is not used for any other purpose unless required by law.

Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent data recovery.
